About Olympus Brewery

The first beer of the Olympus Brewery is Apollo, inspired by the God of the Sun in ancient Greek mythology, is a light beer with a golden yellow colour and an elegant and compact foam.
The nose has an intense aroma of tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple, lychee, guayaba and banana with hints of vegetables characters; on the palate it is dry, fresh and balanced, with a pleasant fruitiness and a delicate touch of the bubbles, to close with a slight aftertaste of hops, a beer inspired by no style, but simply the experience of having tried unique raw materials, combining them with each other in a single product.

  • My first book about food and wine matching is now available, a  book developed in Italy in 2021 and already in the market over there.

I have written this book because after my long experience in the wine industry I wanted to create a new methodology for food and wine matching. A simple and funny method that is based on its theory about the human body.

The book will cover more than half a page about the matching, and the rest will be about the general knowledge of the wine world, passing through the vineyards to the winemaking until the wine, the different kinds of winemaking, and the grape varieties.

The book will be beneficial for people just starting in this world, and also for those who would love to find the correct match when there is a dinner, choosing the right wine for every dish.
